Parents Advice Centre Keighley will close its doors in the middle of next week when money runs out.
The charity has been forced to give up the lease on its premises in Russell Street, following the end of three years of council funding.
But the organisation, known as Pack, has pledged to continue its telephone advice service using mobile phones owned by members.
Manager John Toothill said the volunteers had been trained to provide a wide range of emotional and practical advice as well as signposting parents to other services wherever necessary.
The helpline will be available on (01535) 608601 until further notice with calls diverted to volunteers’ mobiles.
