Bowling: car and van canopy in customer car park for customer grocery collection, Asda, Rooley Lane. Bowling: change of use from public house (A4) to retail showroom (A1), 362 Bowling Back Lane. Bowling: change of use from warehouse to leisure, Concept House, Blanche Street.
Bradford Moor: construction of front dormer, 43 Lower Rushton Road. Bradford Moor: construction of single storey rear extension, 198 Gladstone Street. Bradford Moor: construction of two storey rear extension, 3 Petrie Grove. Bradford Moor: retrospective application to amend UPVC cladded car port to natural stone construction to match house, 230 Gain Lane. Burley in Wharfedale: construction of extension to side and rear, 5 Endor Crescent. Burley in Wharfedale: demolition of glass conservatory to the rear of the property and replacing it with a roofed extension, removal of the external wall from the kitchen to the new build and putting in an RSJ, 17 Peel Place.
City centre: installation of black roller shutters, 2-4 Rawson Place. City centre: proposed residential development of 32 new build dwellings consisting of two, three and four bed, two and three storey units, land at Chain Street. City centre: two fascia signs, left (D) and right (E) elevation and three vinyl advertising displays on lower right elevation, Dolland and Aitchison, 1 Darley Street. Daisy Hill: change of use from one retail unit to two retail units with new aluminium shop frontages, 160-160A Allerton Road. Daisy Hill: construction of detached dwelling, 16 New Row.
Fairweather Green: construction of first floor and two storey rear extension including sunroom to ground floor with traditional gable roof to main dwelling and hip to roof to rear extension, 169 Rhodesway. Gilstead: construction of two storey side/rear extension, 16 Royd Avenue. Girlington: construction of attached garage, 108 Fairbank Road. Girlington: construction of two storey side and rear extension, 45 Whitby Road. Girlington: revision of roof to rear two-storey extension, 41-43 Durham Road.
