A Keighley teenager will be before magistrates tomorrow for his alleged role in a brawl between around 40 football fans.
The 17-year-old is one of 11 people charged with affray after violence in Leeds city centre following Leeds United’s FA Cup match against Tottenham Hotspur in January.
Police say about 40 Leeds and Tottenham supporters clashed outside Yates’s Wine Lodge, in Boar Lane, at about 6pm on Sunday, January 27, this year.
The men, aged 17 to 51, are all due to appear at Leeds Magistrates Court tomorrow.
The other defendants are from Leeds, Doncaster, Barnsley, Sheffield and Harrogate.
Detectives are still trying to identify two men pictured on CCTV who they want to trace in connection with the incident.
Contact Detective Constable Phil Maher at Holbeck police station on 0113 285 5419 or via 101, or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
