Bradford’s City Park will be at the centre of celebrations tomorrow to mark St George’s Day. This year’s celebrations will see street theatre entertaining the crowds from 11am to 4pm.
Bantams History Week, until Friday, is a celebration of the history of Bradford City Football Club, illustrating the club’s links with city centre buildings and institutions with events taking place at various venues in the city centre. For more information go to bantamspast.co.uk.

Part of the Civic Centre in North Street, the museum includes a forensic science centre, cells, a visitor information centre, a souvenir and book shop and canteen. Tracing back the history of modern policing to the Victorian period, exhibits include an original horse-drawn black maria, and the very first forensic science cameras. Saltaire Antiques & Collectables Market in the Evans Room, Victoria Hall, Victoria Road, Saltaire, on Saturday, has 20 stalls of antique and vintage small furniture, homewares, jewellery & collectables. Running from 9.30am - 4pm, entry is just £1.
If you want to visit a really large antiques fair, then you will need to head for Wetherby for the Great New Wetherby Racecourse Antiques Fair set in the fabulous Bramham Hall Exhibition Centre and Millennium Grandstand with numerous outside pitches. Running from 9am to 5pm, entry costs £4.
