Firefighters were called to a blaze at an allotment in Fairweather Green this morning.
Crews from Fairweather Green fire station were called to Bullroyd Allotments, off Thornton Road, at 3am.
Fairweather Green crew commander Ryan Tetlaw said a pile of garden waste and household rubbish was on fire.
He added that the fire built up from one a plot holder had not put out properly.
The hallway and staircase of a house in Pudsey were also severely damaged by fire this morning.
Fire crews from Stanningley and Bradford stations were called to the end-terrace property on Cavendish Place at 12.30am.
Stanningley watch commander Jens Archer said no-one was in the house at the time of the fire.
He added that the fire was in the hallway and stairwell and that the rest of the inside of the house suffered smoke damage.
The cause of the blaze is under investigation.
