The morning worship Service at Long Lee Methodist Chapel was led by the Rev Nigel Ogley. He spoke about the events leading up to the conversion of Saul at Tarsus and later he spoke of the story of Jesus meeting the disciples coming home from fishing and not having caught any fish. He told them to cast the net at the other side of the boat, which they did and which they did and caught 153 fish. The Rev Doctor Jonathan Pritchard was the celebrant at the said holy communion service at St Barnabas Parish Church. The service was followed by the Easter Vestry meeting, no church wardens were elected so another meeting will be held. The new electoral roll has 45 names. Reports were received from all the Church organisations and a full treasurers report was presented. The Church Council was elected and the Priest in Charge gave his report and his charge for the coming year. Jonathan then led the monthly Family and Parade Service. In the evening there was a said Evensong.
