People who say they lost thousands of pounds worth of flight tickets to Pakistan are still demanding answers more than a week later.
Police were called to A-Z Money Transfer & Travel in North Street, Keighley, last Wednesday after angry customers arrived at the business wanting to know where their tickets were.
The customers said they had handed over money to fly to Islamabad, in Pakistan, only to end up without their promised flight tickets.
A spokesman for Airedale and North Bradford Police said the matter was now being investigated by West Yorkshire Police’s Economic Crimes unit.
Earlier this week, the landlord of the building housing the travel agents, Mohammed Shafiq, said no staff from the business were present and its owner could not be contacted. He said the travel agents had been a tenant in his property, and he was struggling to deal with the dozens of people who had lost out.
