Liam Morris, aged 25, of Fencote Crescent, Fagley; driving with insufficient tread on a tyre, driving without a licence, driving without MOT certificate, failure to produce documents, no separate penalty; driving without insurance, £215 fine, £106.50 costs, banned from driving for six months. Hashim Rehman, aged 26, of Haworth Road, Cullingworth; drink-driving, £150 fine, £105 costs, detention in courthouse, banned from driving for 16 months. Benjamin Khan, aged 31, of Siegfried Walk, Gilstead; application to reopen a case following conviction, granted, case reopened, conviction and sentence set aside; original offence of failure to stop at a red light re-opened and dealt with, £40 fine, £105 costs, licence endorsed.
