Permission for the expansion of a house in the Laycock Conservation Area has been granted – against the wishes of Keighley Town Council.
The town council had objected to Jeffrey Watson’s plans to build a single-storey extension and car parking area to 4 Laycock Lane, and change the use of some agricultural land next to the house into a garden.
They felt there was not enough information about the size of the proposal, but Bradford Council deemed it acceptable, approving it.
