The strong winds which hit the district overnight caused a window to smash on the fifth floor of the Provident Financial building, in Bradford city centre.
The area where the glass has fallen outside the building on Godwin Street has been taped off for safety reasons while the window is being repaired.
Kate Holmes, of Provident Financial, said: “The company were aware of a small fracture on the window yesterday and arranged for a glass company to come in and fix the problem today.
“As a result of the storm and strong winds last night, the window shattered so we cordoned the area and the glass company will be able to repair the damage on their arrival.”
