A charity which provides transport, day trips and activities for disabled people is urgently seeking volunteers for its Ilkley charity shop. Skipton and Craven Action for Disability (SCAD) is looking for volunteers for its shop on The Grove.
A spokesman for the charity said: “All help would be very much appreciated, especially on Saturdays.”
The services it provides include a transport service, dial-a-ride scheme, a wheelchair hire service based in Skipton, organised day trips, and transportation for disability groups. Call 07156 701005 for an application form or visit scad.org.uk.
