An action plan covering the Bingley Rural ward is due to be approved by Shipley Area Committee tomorrow.
The plan outlines priorities for improvement based on research into the needs of villages such as Denholme, Cullingworth, Harden and Wilsden.
The committee, part of Bradford Council, will be told that in Harden the main concerns included planning issues such as quarrying In Cullingworth concerns include traffic and parking near both schools, lack of youth activities, anti-social behaviour at the Dell, and traffic speeds on the A629 near Flappit.
Denholme residents called for action on parking near the school, anti-social behaviour around the village, speeding traffic, loneliness for local residents and development of wind farms and quarries.
Wilsden residents were also concerned about anti-social behaviour in the local park and in the centre of the village.
