Plans for two houses in Haworth Conservation Area have been given the go-ahead by Bradford Council.
The homes will be built in the grounds of Ivy Bank House, a Victorian villa on Ivy Bank Lane.
Nicholas Neale was granted planning permission to demolish outbuildings and build the two-bedroom houses.
The Council’s conservation officers said that although in the conservation area, Ivy Bank House was not key to the character of Haworth.
