Kenneth Greenhough, aged 47, of Darren Street, Tyersal; four counts of breach of premises licence, £350 fine, £215 costs. Umran Mohammed, aged 41, of Heaton Park Drive, Heaton; fraudulently using a disabled badge, £120 fine, £140 costs.
Michelle Dean, aged 32, of Netherlands Avenue, Odsal; using a telephone for the purpose of causing annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety, detained in court house. Mohammed Shafequal Islam, aged 24, of Clarendon Street, Knowle Park, Keighley; possession of an offensive weapon, community order made, £260 costs. Jack Cooper, aged 64, of Fairbank, Shipley; fraud, community order made with 80 hours’ unpaid work.
Diane Fieldhouse, aged 42, of Hartland Road, Holme Wood; two counts of falsely claiming benefit, community order made. Thomas John Bailey, aged 18, of Theakston Mead, Clayton; failure to comply with football banning order, £30 fine, £105 costs. Shaukat Iqbal, aged 52, of Lilycroft Walk, Manningham; application to reopen case, granted; original offence of driving while using a hand held mobile phone, £60 fine, £100 costs.
Nasir Khan, aged 21, of Buxton Street, Dalton Lane, Keighley; indecent exposure, community order made with curfew, £360 costs; possession of cannabis, 12 months’ conditional discharge. Gary William Lees, aged 35, of Bessingham Gardens, Buttershaw; assault, £70 fine, £50 compensation, £70 costs. Hasan Awan, aged 18, of Haworth Grove, Heaton; driving without a licence, no separate penalty; driving without insurance, £50 fine, £115 costs, banned from driving for 12 months.
John Paul Flanagan, aged 28, of Royds Hall Lane, Woodside; driving without insurance, £50 fine, £105 costs, licence endorsed.
Javid Iqbal, of Stanmore Place, Sellars Fold; keeping an unlicensed vehicle on a public road, £200 fine, £55 vehicle back duty, £90 costs; original offence reopened for keeping an unlicensed vehicle on a public road, £900 fine, £1,154.17 vehicle back duty, £90 costs. Mark Woodhead, of Welbeck Drive, Paradise Green; keeping an unlicensed vehicle on a public road, fined £200, £106.25 costs.
Stephen George Elliott, aged 30, of Farleton Drive, Fagley; using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, 12 months’ conditional discharge, £100 costs. Deborah Louise Foster, aged 26, of Low Street, Keighley; theft, six months’ conditional discharge, £100 costs. Daniel Metcalfe, aged 25, of Felcourt Drive, Holme Wood; drink-driving, £230 fine, £108 costs, banned from driving for 12 months.
