Young people who want to keep busy this summer with the help of up to £1,000 are being invited to put in a bid for a community grant.
West Yorkshire Police, with support from West Yorkshire Police Community Trust and the High Sheriff of West Yorkshire, are once again looking for creative young people to take part in their annual ‘i’ project with the chance to win prizes and spend the summer making their communities a great place to live.
The i13 scheme isencouraging 11 to 18-year-olds to team up with their friends during the summer to carry out a project which will have a positive impact and make a difference to their communities.
Grants are available to help with projects that aim to tackle community problems and concerns.
