Eighty-eight per cent of patients at Skipton’s Fisher Medical Centre have rated the service they receive from doctors, nurses and reception staff as good, very good or excellent, according to the results of an independent national survey, an improvement of three per cent on last year’s score.
A total of 356 patients completed the National Improving Practice Questionnaire.
