A case against a Bradford man charged with careless driving on the A65 at Ingleton has been re-opened after Skipton magistrates agreed there had been an error.
Kyle Dane Whitaker, 26, had charges of careless driving, failing to produce a driving licence and MOT certificate, and driving without insurance proved in his absence by the court on March 22.
But yesterday, the court accepted that the case should have been adjourned following a request by his solicitor.
Whitaker, of Poplarwood Gardens, Eccleshill, denies all charges.
He will face a trial at Skipton Magistrates’ Court on July 15.
