James Cottrell
The owner of a Chinese furniture shop which is moving from Saltaire to Greengates said he is sad to be leaving the village after five years. James Cottrell (pictured) is leaving to take over the former Greenwood’s store at Albion Mills in Greengates, which has been empty for three years. Mr Cottrell said: “We’ve had a great five years in Saltaire and will miss village life.”
Mr Cottrell considered relocating to Salts Mill, but said there was no suitable retail space to house the growing business.
The new premises will allow the showroom and warehouse to be housed under one roof. It will open on Saturday, April 27.
