Work is under way to improve the exit route from New Pudsey railway station as part of improvements that will see car parking spaces increased from 267 to 440 later this year.
Leeds City Council has started work on improving the exit route on Owlcotes Lane and Bradford Road.
The scheme is being constructed before the start of the New Pudsey Rail Station car park extension and ticket office refurbishment, which is due to be carried out this summer by Northern Rail and Metro.
The works will last approximately seven weeks.
