The boss of a Bradford takeaway food shop who pleaded not guilty to 11 food hygiene charges will stand trial at Bradford and Keighley Magistrates’ Court.
Mohammed Adill, 31, of Fagley Court, Fagley, is the proprietor of Krazy Chef, in Harrogate Road, Greengates.
Magistrates heard how Adill had been charged with failing to comply with a number of regulations after the premises were twice visited by a Bradford Council environmental health officer.
Among the allegations are that mouse droppings were found in the pizza preparation area andstaff were using the same tongs to put raw burgers on the grill then take them off cooked.
Adill was remanded on unconditional bail to return to the court for trial on Friday, June 19.
