A 30-year-old man is to stand trial on June 17 accused of attempted murder.
Edward Simpson was remanded back into custody at Bradford Crown Court today.
He denies attempting to murder Shaun Simpson on the forecourt of the Soap Stars car wash in Sticker Lane, Bradford, on March 19, 2009, and possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life.
Simpson, of Sticker Lane, Bradford, will be tried by the Recorder of Bradford, Judge Roger Thomas QC.
The trial is expected to last ten days.
