A Bradford woman who battled mental health problems for more than 20 years died from natural causes, an inquest was told.
Jennifer Banks, 47, from Firethorn Close, Girlington, died at home on March 6 last year with her pet dog beside her.
Yesterday’s inquest heard how Miss Banks, who also had diabetes, anxiety and was obese, was discovered by Incommunities staff.
Miss Banks did not leave a suicide note, but had written diary entries expressing suicidal thoughts a few weeks before.
But assistant deputy coroner Dr Dominic Bell said the post mortem showed it was congestive cardiac failure that caused her death, with being overweight likely to have been a contributory factor.
