Youngsters at Shipley’s DM Academy have been treading the boards at the Royal Albert Hall in London.
A group of 70 children put on an alternative version of much-loved ballet The Nutcracker, featuring streetdancing mice. The academy was selected to take part in a performance showcasing the talents of dance schools around the UK.
“We are very proud to have been chosen to take part. Performing at the Royal Albert Hall is a huge honour and something the children will always remember,” said DM Academy principal Deana Morgan.
