A team of 18 cyclists are taking part in the Liverpool to Leeds Canal bike ride on Saturday, June 1, for the Macmillan cancer charity.
The Blazing Saddles' team from Pudsey are taking part in memory of Julie Daly, who died from lung and brain cancer in May last year.
Her son-in-law Adam Whitehead from Smalewell Road, Pudsey, has organised the team as a thank-you for the care she and his family received from the Mcmillan nurses.
The team will be cycling 127 miles over two days for the charity and anyone wanting to support them can either donate at justgiving.com/Team-Blazing-Saddles or text BLSA99, then the amount, to 70070.
