Keighley Area Committee has been given £60,000 to spend on meeting priorities in its local action plans.
The money, provided by Bradford Council for improvement projects, is £34,000 less than last year's budget.
Cash will tackle issues such as dog fouling, littering, anti-social behaviour, drugs, health and activities for young people and older people.
The area committee will be asked on Thursday to approve separate action plans for each of the six wards in the Keighley constituency.
