Michal Mlodozeniec, aged 29, of Spring Gardens, Bradford; two counts of assault, community order made, £145 costs. Cheryll Laura Fish, aged 48, of Brookfield Road, Pollard Park; criminal damage, 12 months’ conditional discharge, £13.45 compensation, £15 costs. Waqaas Mohammed, aged 26, of Leeds Old Road, Bradford Moor; driving while disqualified, community order made with 120 hours’ unpaid work, £145 costs; driving without insurance, no separate penalty.
Hameed Shah, aged 21, of Manchester Road, Marshfields; driving without due care and attention, driving without a licence, failure to stop when directed to do so by a constable, no separate penalty; driving without insurance, £125 fine, £105 costs, licence endorsed.
Paul James Bryar, aged 28, of Fagley Terrace, Undercliffe; criminal damage, restraining order made, £250 fine, £150 compensation, £110 costs. Paul George Mann, aged 23, of Benbow Avenue, Ravenscliffe; breach of non-molestation order, £100 fine, £105 costs. Vanessa Holmes, aged 21, of Harrogate Avenue, Undercliffe; two counts of failure to notify change of circumstances, 12 months’ community order, 100 hours’ unpaid work, £85 costs.
Mohammed Jakir Hussain, aged 24, of Maidstone Street, Bradford Moor; driving without insurance, £110 fine, £100 costs, banned from driving for six months. Andrew Maurice Thornton, aged 42, of Thornton Road, Girlington; five counts of making a false statement, four months’ community order with curfew and electronic monitoring, £85 costs. Carla Louise Spilsbury, aged 27, of Airedale College Road, Undercliffe; three counts of wilfully causing unnecessary suffering to a child, failure to surrender to custody, 12 months’ community order. Richard Steven Archer, aged 28, of Moore Avenue, Great Horton; possession of cannabis, £110 fine, £105 costs.
Philip Craig Hughes, aged 22, of Thornton Road, Thornton; possession of a knife, 24 months’ conditional discharge, £100 costs. David Roy Robinson, aged 40, of Ternhill Grove, Little Horton; theft, 12 months’ conditional discharge, £100 costs. Nisar Ahmed, aged 41, of Durham Road, Girlington; breach of restraining order, six months’ community order, £50 compensation, £360 costs. Mohammed Imran Sadiq, aged 35, of Cooper Mews, Clayton Heights; assault, 12 months’ community order, £145 costs.
