Free Get Fit on Your Bike sessions aimed at encouraging adults to take up cycling, or get back on their bikes, and increase their physical activity in the evenings are being held at Wibsey Park, Bradford, starting on Wednesday, April 10, from 6.15pm to 8.15pm.
Bikes and helmets can be provided or people can bring their own cycles, even if they need attention.
As well as qualified cycling tutors a qualified bicycle mechanic will also be there to help and advise on basic bicycle repairs, including punctures.
The sessions are part of the Go:cycling campaign and are being delivered by the Bradford-based training company Safe 2 Cycle.
Francine Hoddy, head of Safe 2 Cycle, said: “This is a great opportunity for over 16 year olds to do something different in the evening.”
