An appeal over a retrospective application for a condensing unit to the front of an off-licence in Queensbury has been dismissed by a planning inspector.
The scheme for Chathas Off Licence, 80 High Street, was turned down by Bradford Council in May.
Now a planning inspector has ruled that it must go, even though it was a replacement for one stolen from the rear of the property.
