When three women of a certain age meet up in Paris, there are tears and laughter as questions of loyalty and growing old are raised.
We’ll Always Have Paris, presented by Keighley Playhouse, is a romantic comedy about a reunion of former schoolfriends.
Director Deborah Mouat says: “Audiences can expect fun, tears, tantrums and joy as three old school friends experience life in one of the most beautiful, romantic capitals of the world. It examines true friendship as the women’s relationships develop and evolve.”
There’s Nancy, a retired headmistress determined to throw off the shackles; Raquel, a divorcee seeking eternal youth and a new toy boy; Anna, recently widowed and relishing her freedom.
Add to the mix a charming French actor/musician and an officious landlady.
We’ll Always Have Paris runs from January 21-26. Ring 08451 267859.
