Passengers at Shipley train station will be unable to collect pre- ordered tickets for the next few weeks due to refurbishment works.
The work, which started on Monday, will see £100,000 of improvements to the booking hall, including new flooring, lighting, heating and automatic doors.
Joselyn Rankin, of Northern Rail said: “Due to the ongoing work, passengers will be unable to use the Ticket On Departure machine to collect tickets they have purchased online.
“Station staff will be able to issue these passengers with a permit to allow them to travel to the nearest location to collect tickets.
“Conductors on-board East Coast services will be accepting reference numbers.”
