A man was remanded in custody yesterday after pleading guilty to possessing a firearm with intent to cause fear of violence.
Umar Hussain, 28, of Sandhurst Avenue, Birmingham, will be sentenced at Bradford Crown Court on Thursday with three Bradford men who had already pleaded guilty to a firearms offence.
Hussain yesterday admitted possessing a 12-gauge, double-barrelled sawn-off shotgun with intent, on July 27 last year.
Prosecutor Andrew Kershaw said the plea was acceptable and said the three other defendants had pleaded guilty to conspiracy to possess a firearm and ammunition with intent to endanger life.
