A women-only evening of words and songs has been organised by the Equity Partnership in Bradford.
The event, on Saturday, January 26, will include folk songs for women by Sue Burgess, readings by poet and publisher Joy Howard and a performance by Las Pachamamas lesbian and bi-sexual singing group.
Doors at The Equity Centre, on Providence Street, will open at 7pm. Tickets cost £5, or £3 for concessions, and money raised will go to the Friends of Equity LGB&T Asylum Hardship Fund. To book, call (01274) 727759 or e-mail rachel@equitypartnership.
