Masonic Lodges across the West Riding raised money throughout 2012 to go towards the West Riding Masonic Charities.
Each year, they present local hospices with a cheque to support the vital work that they do.
David Dutton, of the West Riding Masonic Charities, presented £3,271 to Elaine Hill, manger of the Marie Curie Hospice in Bradford, along with Raymond Hagyard and John Sullivan of the Bradford Hospice Fundraising Group.
Elaine said: “It is a privilege that we are able to care for and support families across Bradford and the annual support that we receive from the West Riding Masonic Charities helps us to continue being able to provide much-needed care when people need it the most. We can’t thank them enough.”
