The owners of a four-storey block of flats in Shipley will not be allowed to add three more flats and an extra floor to the existing building.
The Regis Group (Barclays) owns Ashdown Court, on Bradford Road, and had applied for permission to turn the basement into a two-bedroom flat and build a new penthouse floor containing two three-bedroom flats.
But Bradford Council’s planning officers threw out both applications, saying neither development had adequate information about access to the site by construction vehicles, or for future residents.
