Plans for a house in Baildon have been thrown out by Bradford Council.
Planning officers felt the two bedroom house, proposed by Neil Duffy for the garden of 23 Springfield Road, would be an “unwelcome and strident feature” that did not fit in with the surrounding area, would spoil the privacy of neighbouring homes and cause conflict between pedestrians and cars entering the property.
