World tango champion Flavia Cacace led Olympian gymnast Louis Smith to be crowned the champion of BBC1’s Strictly Come Dancing, and this year she’ll be hot-footing it to our neck of the woods.
Flavia and fellow Strictly professional Vincent Simone, who partnered actress Dani Hamar in the 2012 series and also made the final, are bringing their show Midnight Tango to Leeds Grand Theatre from July 29 to August 3.
Choreographed by and starring Flavia and Vincent, and featuring some of the finest tango dancers in the world, the show brings to life all the drama, sensuality and elegance of the tango. Set in a late-night bar in downtown Buenos Aires, Midnight Tango takes the audience into the heart of the intoxicating city.
