Sadly, on Thursday 10th October 2024, Hazel passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family. Much loved wife of the late Jack and adored mum to Susan, Angela and Andrew, also loving grandma,great-grandma, auntie and mother-in-law.A celebration of Hazel's life will be held at 11:30am at Oakworth Crematorium on Friday 15th November 2024. Family flowers only please, donations in memory of Hazel may be made to the Sue Ryder Hospice.
A box will be provided at the service.
