DIXON Baby Emily Poppy On 18th September, peacefully at Martin House Children's Hospice, Emily, aged 10 months. Precious daughter of Amy and James, adored sister of Thomas, much loved granddaughter, niece, and cousin. A Celebration of Emily's Life will take place privately for family and friends.
