DAVIDSON Keith On August 11th 2024 Keith aged 74 years passed away peacefully in hospital. The dearly loved husband of Barbara, loving dad of Paul and Andy, a dear father in law of Lou, treasured grandad of Leuren and Danny, loving brother of Paul, a brother in law, uncle, great uncle and a dear friend to many. Funeral Service and Cremation to take place at Scholemoor Crematorium on Wednesday August 28th at 1:20 pm. Will family and friends please accept this intimation and meet at the crematorium. Family flowers only please, If desired donations would be appreciated for Cancer Research UK, PO box 1561, Oxford, OX4 9GZ. A plate will be available at the service for this purpose. I worked with Keith lots of years ago at the Tyrls and later at Dudley Hill. He was a fabulous man. I started working with him at about 22 and he really showed me, as I was finding my feet in the grown up world of work, that age and gender made no difference. For someone only used to mixing with people of a similar age, my eyes were opened by his welcoming nature, wicked sense of humour and acceptance of the person sitting and working alongside him as long as they pulled their weight. I still work in the department, and so loved was Keith that his name still crops up very regularly as one of the "all time greats". An absolutely brilliant man and my heart goes out to his family xx
