BOWER Doreen It's with deepest regret that we are announcing the sad passing of Mrs Doreen Bower aged 87 years, of Headrow Court, Thornton. Known to many as auntie Doreen and will be sadly missed. The funeral service will be held at Thornton Methodist Church on Tuesday 6th August at 1.30pm followed by cremation at Scholemoor. No flowers by request but donations if desired may be shared between The Stroke Association and Marie Curie Hospice. A box will be available at the service for this purpose.
