BOOTH David Suddenly on 17th July in Cowthorpe, North Yorkshire aged 68 years. David leaves his loving wife Angela, his brother Alan, sister-in-law Elaine, aunty Pauline and her daughter's family. David will be sadly missed by all who knew him. His funeral service will take place on Friday 2nd August at Shay Grange Crematorium, BD9 6ST at 3.00pm. Family flowers only please, but donations in memory of David may be made to The Yorkshire Air Ambulance, a box will be available as you leave the crematorium. At the family's request please don't wear black, smart casual instead please.
