WORMALD Irene Passed away peacefully on March 25th 2024 surrounded by her family, aged 91 years. Beloved wife of the late Joe, mum to Christopher, Lynda, Tony and Adrian, also a much loved nanna, great nanna, and great great nanna. The funeral service and celebration of Irene's life will take place at Park Wood crematorium, Elland on Thursday April 25th at 3pm. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if so desired for Macmillan Cancer Support for which a box will be available. Enquiries to Arthur Holdsworth's funeral service, tel. 01274 677504. Will friends please meet at the crematorium. The family would like to thank and express their gratitude to all the staff on Ward 29 at Bradford Royal Infirmary for the care Irene received there.

Irene was a lovely friend and colleague at Lucas Aerospace in the Accounts Dept. for many years, she was a very clever and intelligent lady, with a sharp wit and good sense of humour., we only spoke a few weeks ago.
So sorry for your loss.. 😪
