SMITH Jonathan Mark Passed away peacefully in Marie Curie surrounded by his loving family on December 2nd, aged 45 years. Loving husband to Sally, dearly loved dad to Caitlin, Jake, Ellie, Clara and Miles, much loved son to Margaret and the late Trevor And a dear friend to many. Funeral service Monday 18th December at 2.30pm at St Cuthberts church, Wrose, followed by private cremation at Rawdon. Family flowers only please, donations in memory of Jonathan may be made to Marie Curie & The Brain Tumour Research. A box will be available at the funeral.
