COOK Jack (John) On 18th October 2023 Jack passed away aged 86 years at Acorn Nursing Home. A loving dad, grandad, brother and uncle. Funeral service and cremation will be held on 2nd November 2023 at Scholemoor Crematorium at 10:50am Will friends please meet at the crematorium. Family flowers only but if desired donations in Jack's memory may be made to Alzheimer's Society and a collection box will be available for this purpose.
