BRIGGS Paul (Centurion, race walker) of Great Horton died peacefully on 26th August at home aged 80 years. Paul was well known to many in the community, a great friend to Eamonn, Mazhar and many others, he will be sadly missed by all. Funeral service Thursday 21st September at St John's Church, Great Horton at 11.30am followed by cremation at Scholemoor at 12.40pm. Family flowers only, donations in memory of Paul may be made to Manorlands. A box will be available at the funeral.
