LEACH Jack On 19th January peacefully in hospital with his family around him, Jack aged 81 years, much loved husband of Pat, loving dad of Jennifer, Margaret, John and David, devoted grandad of Alexander, Sally, Jonas and Penny and dear father-in-law. Brother to Albert and Muriel and the late Ken. Funeral Service and Cremation at Oakworth Crematorium on Wednesday 1st February at 1.45pm. Family flowers only please if desired donations may be made to Parkinsons UK at the service.
