JOHNSON Sylvia It is with great sadness that the family announce that Sylvia passed away on 30 December 2022 a much-loved mother, Nan and great nan. She passed peaceful in her sleep at St Lukes hospital. We wish to thank the staff at the BRI and St Lukes and also for the carers from Carlton House for the care they gave her. A special thank you to Pat for being there at the end. Sylvia requested there is no service.
