BROOKSBANK Jennifer Valerie (Jen) Peacefully, surrounded by her family on 22nd November aged just 67 years. Beloved wife of Richard, cherished mum of Andy, dear sister of Eddie, Lorraine, Tricia, Debbie, Gary and Anne, much loved sister-in-law and mother-in-law, such a special grandma to Olivia, Taylor and Summer and a good friend to so many. Funeral Service on Friday 16th December at 3pm at Park Wood, Elland. Friends please meet at Park Wood.
