WELLS Derek On 22nd November peacefully in hospital, Derek aged 83 years, beloved husband of the late Kathleen, much loved dad of Jacqueline, Colin and Johanne and devoted grandad. Funeral service and cremation at Nab Wood Crematorium on 6th Tuesday December at 11.30am.
