BASKERVILLE Sylvia On 13th August, after a long battle with Cancer, Sylvia a resident of Wrose for the last 47 years, passed away at Mill View Care Home. Wife of the late Brian, mother to Gary, sister to the late Charles, Colin, late Mavis, Stephen and Janice, sister-in-law and auntie. Thank you to the staff at Mill View for their special care of Sylvia in the last 2 months. A very special thank you to the staff of the Moorside District Nursing team for all their care over the last few years and to Vivian for being a neighbour to Sylvia. The funeral will take place at Nab Wood Crematorium on Friday 2nd September at 2.40pm. Family flowers only please. A collection plate will be taken for donations to Macmillan Cancer Support.
